She talks about helping our parents “age in place” for as long as they can, encouraging them to maintain PURPOSE, the mental health of not only the elderly, but also for the caregiver. Whether or not your parents are wrestling with physical or cognitive limitations currently, NOW is the time to be proactive with the knowledge you need to care for your aging parents when the time comes.
